Today Hans Tholstrup, spends time farming in Australia, but at any given chance enjoys the opportunity to refine the delicate art of hypermiling - squeezeing those extra miles out the last few drops of fuel.
FIM Ride Green Eco Enduro 2009, in short, is the story of how climate-friendly behaviour can be ‘business as usual’.

Eco Ambassador Hans Tholstrup: ‘The world as we know will be changed forever, if we don’t take the climate problem seriously. Not surprisingly, many people are uncertain about what their everyday life will be like, when we all have to reduce our carbon foot-print. FIM Ride Green Eco Enduro 2009 is a pioneering initiative – and an excellent example of how the world doesn’t need to come to a standstill, even though we do all we can to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.’
